Purple Wagon
This series came from my poem purple wagon which was about my brother and mine purple round wagon. I like to start some of my lectures with that poem to set a mood or get silence and focused thought.
Each piece stared with the same woven gamma pattern and each is displayed differently. Past is exsposed to the world. Present is tight in a frame with real weaving as its background. And, Impossible will never be hung up.
There is a lot of hope for the future in this series and reminds me of that every time I look at them. That's why they are in my studio.
